London, Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.

We are looking for a Media Buying Executive to join the team in our London office. You will manage the day-to-day execution and delivery of assigned media campaigns from brief through activation, optimisation and reporting. This includes supporting tactical planning, managing media briefs and RFPs, negotiating with media partners, buying and contracting media, coordinating trafficking and launch, managing invoicing and reconciliation, monitoring performance and maintaining accurate campaign documentation. This role is designed for someone who is confident in execution, highly detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple campaigns, partners and deadlines.

Your day-to-day responsibilities across Media Execution & Campaign Oversight include, but are not limited to:

  • Support tactical media planning: Manage media briefs and RFPs, negotiate with media partners and secure maximum campaign value.
  • Own campaign contracting and launch: Issue insertion orders (IOs), lead media partner kick-offs and manage campaigns through launch.
  • Own media billing and financial reconciliation: Ensure media is invoiced accurately and on schedule, reconcile contracted versus delivered media and supplier invoices, and resolve discrepancies with internal teams and media partners.
  • Manage campaign delivery and optimisation: Ensure accurate trafficking, monitor spend, pacing and KPI performance, and implement optimisations as needed.
  • Support performance reporting: Aggregate campaign data, analyse performance and surface actionable insights.
  • Maintain media documentation: Keep media plans, budgets, media partner responses, timelines and status trackers accurate and current.
  • Coordinate campaign execution: Work across internal teams and media partners to ensure campaigns launch and deliver on time and to brief.

Key Experience & Skills Needed:

  • 2+ years of media experience, with hands-on experience in at least one channel such as programmatic, paid social, paid search or offline media, and an interest in developing cross-channel expertise.
  • Working knowledge of third-party tracking, trafficking and campaign management tools.
  • Hands-on experience with media buying, campaign activation and ongoing optimisation.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel and confidence working with campaign and performance data.
  • Travel industry experience is a plus.
